Insurance and Payment

Payment is accepted by cash, money order, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We participate in many insurance plans as a way of making our services accessible. We have contracts with the following companies: etna PPO and Select Choice, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield federal, Beech Street, CIGNA, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, First Health, Great West, Guardian, Managed Health Network, regular Medicare, PHCS, Principal. We do not participate in any United Healthcare plans, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage plans or Blue Choice POS or HMO. Please be aware that even though your company may be listed, this does not necessarily mean that we participate in your specific plan. Please check with your carrier. We can also help you, and will need to verify your benefits in any case prior to your first appointment. All accounts are expected to be kept current. As of June 1, 2013, Doctor Gordon will no longer be a United Healthcare provider. However, our other doctors remain providers for United Healthcare. Please call to inquire about an appointment with one of our other doctors if you have a United plan.

All payments are due at the time of service. If you are unable to make your copayment (or full payment if you have no insurance), please contact the office to reschedule. We cannot accept post dated checks or other arrangements.
